Jeff Moeller – Owner
Jeff grew up with a family of builders in the Walla Walla Valley. From his Uncle being a Large Commercial Builder to his Dad being a Prominent House & Light Commercial Builder — he learned from the best. When his Dad retired, Jeff built his business up to what it is today. Diversification has given Jeff and his Company a wide and strong level of knowledge and expertise after working in the industry for more than 30 years.
Jeff and his wife enjoy time with their grandkids and also going to any beach where he can surf.
Eamon Smith – Project Manager
In September of 1998, I started my first job in Construction, as an Apprentice Framer with Horse Heaven, Inc in Tri-Cities, WA. By January of 2003 I found myself being the Project Manager for 120 homes being constructed in the Desert Paradise subdivision in West Richland, WA. I was with Horse Heaven Construction until 2010 as a Project Manager. After twelve years in construction, I decided to switch things up a bit and moved to Portland, OR where I was Chief Engineer at Hyatt Place PDX Hotel. In 2012, I came back home to the Tri-Cities and worked for Red Lion Hotel Corporation as their new Chief Engineer.
While working for Red Lion Hotel, I felt the need to get back to construction, starting my own business Kstar Home and Renovation Services at the same time. Fast forward to 2018 when I took my company and combined it with another company owned by my best friend Chris Goddard and we formed PGS Construction Group. Together we achieved great things and built some strong relationships. One of those relationships was with Jeff Moeller. Chris and I joined forces with Jeff in Spring of 2022 and I have been focusing my attention on building a custom home here in Walla Walla. My favorite part of the job is turning peoples dreams into reality!
